CREDAI WOMEN’S WING

In a first ever initiative of Real Estate, CREDAI has launched a Business Forum called CREDAI Women’s Wing with a long term aim of making this industry gender neutral. CREDAI Women’s Wing will make an effort towards increased leadership of women within Real Estate.

Real Estate has largely been an industry for men, a sector that demands hard physical labor and daily dealing with an unorganized work force. As a result, the industry has seldom seen active participation from women. Such is the irony that while a woman is regarded as someone who makes a house a home, the focal point that keeps a home and family together has practically no footprint in this industry.

CREDAI National launched its Women’s Wing in April 2017 at the hands of Hon. Vice President of India, Shri. Venkaiah Naidu, Hon. Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Vijay Rupani, Shri. Shankar Chaudhary Hon. Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Medical Education, Environment and Urban Development, Government of Gujarat, CREDAI Chairman Mr. Getamber Anand, CREDAI President Mr. Jaxay Shah and CREDAI President-Elect Mr. Satish Magar.

CREDAI Women’s Wing will provide a strong networking forum and also create an incubation program to encourage more active women participation in this industry. This initiative has received tremendous response from across the country.

CREDAI Women's Wing will also pursue various important issues that affect ALL women stakeholders of the Real Estate industry.

THE CREDAI WOMEN WING WORK WITH FORMATION OF 6 TASK FORCE TEAMS:

MEMBER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Members have to make the following statutory payments as applicable at the time of admission:-

• 1. Female members, from the family of a registered Director of the member company, of the CREDAI City Chapter are considered eligible.

• 2. The nominated women may or may not be Directors or Partners to become Women's Wing members.

Taxes extra as applicable
